Who we are
This website is run by Pathway Center, 14 Rue Grine Belgacem, Batna 05000, Algeria. For any question about your data, write to pathwaycenter.dz@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send the registration form we receive your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your email, age, chosen course, level, format and message. We also record the page you sent it from and, when you arrive from an advertisement or a link, the campaign information attached to that link (for example utm_source or a click identifier).
Why we use it
Only to contact you about your request: to confirm your level, the timetable and the available places, and to follow up on your enrolment. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Form entries are saved in a Google Sheet that only our team can open. If you choose “Also send on WhatsApp”, the message is sent through WhatsApp, a Meta service.
Measurement and advertising
We may use measurement and advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok to count visits and measure our advertising. These tools can place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to handle it and follow up on your enrolment, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to pathwaycenter.dz@gmail.com and we will answer.
